When Madonna performed at this year’s halftime show, a few people stated that it should have been Beyoncé instead. Well according to The Associated Press , those people, and then some, will be getting their wish.
The King Bee of The Beyhive is set to take the stage during Super Bowl XLVII at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans on February 3, 2013.
The 16-time Grammy award-winning singer/songwriter follows Michael Jackson , Prince , Janet Jackson and U2 — just to name a few, as big names who graced the most watched event in the past 20 years or so.
This year’s Halftime Show featured Madonna , who performed some of her biggest hits with guests CeeLo Green , Nicki Minaj , LMFAO , and M.I.A.
Possible guests for Beyoncé’s Pepsi NFL Halftime Show include Jay-Z and wait for it…(drinks juice and waits five minutes) her fellow Destiny’s Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams !!!!!!
I am soooooooooooooo excited for this. I love Beyoncé and I think she’ll put on one hell of a show, especially alongside the other girls of DC3 ! This may be the closest thing we get to a reunion in a while. Watch one of my favorite performances from the group below:
