For our friends out on the Carib island of Saint Vincent, ARC Magazine is hosting a Caribbean short films night at Flowt Beach Bar in Ratho Mill on July 4th.
The event will feature screenings of works by several Caribbean- and diaspora-based artists curated by ARC Magazine and Yasmine Espert, including New Caribbean Cinema ‘s Ring Di Alarm! , and experimental works from Christopher and Leizelle Guinness, Jayson Keeling, Versia Harris, Shirley Bruno, Martine Jean, Jeannette Ehlers, and Malaika Brooks-Smith-Lowe .
Light refreshments will be served and later in the evening, singer-songwriter Amanda Gooding will provide entertainment with select musical guests.
