After a four week stall at #2, Pitbull and Ke$ha‘s hit song Timber has dethroned previous spot holder, Eminem and Rihanna‘s The Monster as #1 on this week’s Billboard Hot 100. “Monster” remains in the Top 3 by falling two spots down to #3.

This serves as Pitbull’s second #1 hit single on the chart, following 2011’s “Give Me Everything,” featuring Ne-Yo, Afrojack and Nayer.

Ke$ha claims her third #1 single since her debut “TiK ToK” held the spot for a total of nine weeks in 2010, while “We R Who We R” managed to debut at #1 in late 2010.

“Timber” spends a fourth week atop the Digital Songs chart, with 301,000 downloads sold (down 32%).

OneRepublic‘s Counting Stars rises to #2 after four weeks at #3, tying with the band’s debut hit, “Apologize” (credited to Timbaland featuring OneRepublic), which peaked at #2 for four weeks in late 2007.

The song sits at #2 on Radio Songs for a fourth week, #3 on Digital Songs, and jumps from #10 to 7 on Streaming Songs.

Following weeks of being released as a “promo single” Katy Perry‘s Dark Horse,” featuring Juicy J, has finally reached the Top 10!

The song (which I instantly loved when I first heard it) serves as Katy’s 13th Hot 100 Top 10 single and has become this week’s top Airplay Gainer, bounding #28 to #18 on Radio Songs, and jumping from #7 to #4 on the Digital Songs chart.
