Miley Cyrus for Marc Jacobs Spring 2014
For his Spring/Summer 2014 fashion campaign, Marc Jacobs has decided to tap pop star Miley Cyrus .
Showing a few different forms of emotions such as sadness and anger, the Bangerz singer appears to be sitting in sand while wearing a navy jacket with black embellishment, maroon shorts and black sneakers.
The 21-year-old entertainer joins a long list of celebs who have posed for the designer’s campaigns over the years including Georgia May Jagger, Victoria Beckham , and Helena Bonham-Carter .
Marc Jacobs deciding to feature Miley for his campaign comes as no surprise, being that the two of them have been friends for quite some time.
He’s somewhat responsible for bringing her into the forefront of fashion back when Miley was 16 and he even helped her earn a spot in Time’s Top 10 Best Dressed list in 2013 when she wore a glittery green gown designed by him to the Fashion Group International’s Night of the Stars.
Miley is currently prepping to embark on her upcoming fourth concert tour in support of her fourth studio album Bangerz, which was released in October of 2013.
The tour will begin on February 14, 2014 in Vancouver, Canada and will visit cities such as Las Vegas, New Orleans, Atlanta, and Miami, before moving to Europe in May.
