Creative Pick of the Week: DHARBIN’s “Miles By Bicycle” Print

Miles By Bicycle by Dharbin - Black and White

American jazz legend Miles Davis remains the essence of cool, as depicted by cartoonist and freelance illustrator Dustin Harbin aka DHARBIN in “Miles by Bicycle.”

A minimalist fine print (available in both color and black and white), the North Carolina-based artist describes the piece as “an icon of American music, culture, and composing, relaxing on a bicycle. The trumpet doubles as air intake for increased cardiovascular efficiency.”

The 11 in x 14 in ($25.00) and 8 in x 10 in ($15.00) prints are available now in his shop.

You can learn more about DHARBIN at dharbin.com, and connect with him on Facebook, Tumblr and Twitter at @dustinharbin.

Davis fans will also be excited to learn that the Miles Davis Quintet — Live in Europe 1969: The Bootleg Series Vol. 2 will be released everywhere on January 29. The compilation, filled with material only previously available in bootleg form, will be the second edition of the Miles Davis Bootleg Series.
