Jeneil Williams for Nike Tight for the Moment: Magical Kaleidoscope

Jamaican fashion model and former track athlete Jeneil Williams stars as the face and body of Nike ‘s Tight for the Moment project, which launched a Yuko Kanatani collaboration in late January.

The colorful three tight collection begins with a set titled Magical Kaleidoscope , which uses pops of color to highlight a woman’s key muscles.

“Yuko’s fun, playful and exciting style of art was something we found quite special,” says Kelly Tweeden, the Vice President of Global Design for Nike Women’s Training.

The designer utilized a body map provided by Nike Sport Research Lab to tailor the line to the female form.

“At the beginning of the project, needing to match my drawings to a moving body was quite a hurdle” Yuko explains. “But it was also very inspiring and interesting to have outside direction and try something new.”

The collection includes two Nike Pro styles, the Pro Tight and Pro Sports Bra, and the Nike Studio Wrap Pack.

The next set in the collection, Midnight Craftwork , dropped in late February. The final set, Sparkling Sunburst , will premiere in late March.
