Watch: Lianne La Havas Performs “Unstoppable” for The Daily Beast

Armed with just her sultry vocals and baby blue guitar, Lianne La Havas gave a glorious acoustic performance of Unstoppable,” stripped of its jazzy Paul Epworth production for The Daily Beast.

The song serves as the first single from the English soul songstress’ sophomore studio album, Blood, out now via Warner Brothers Records.

Largely helmed by reggae/dancehall producer Stephen “Di Genius” McGregor, Blood follows Lianne’s 2012 debut album Is Your Love Big Enough?, which won iTunes Album of The Year.

The new LP encompasses “the feeling of who you are and where you come from,” says the singer who composed the masterpiece while exploring her roots in Jamaica.

Co-written by Lianne and Epworth, “Unstoppable” sought to repair a relationship that she had ended.
