After months of speculations and predictions, the nominees for the 86th Academy Awards have finally been announced.
Films Gravity (10 awards), American Hustle (10 awards) and 12 Years a Slave (9 awards) lead the pack in nominations.
I’ll also mention that two of our faves Lupita Nyong’o and Pharrell Williams have snagged their first nods ever, nominated for Best Supporting Actress in 12 Years A Slave and Best Original Song in Despicable Me 2 , respectively.
We’ll see who wins when the Ellen DeGeneres -hosted show airs live from Dolby Theatre on Sunday, March 2nd on ABC at 8pm ET/5pm PT.
