Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” Dethrones Macklemore on Hot 100

Robin Thicke has earned his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 with “Blurred Lines,” featuring T.I. and Pharrell Williams .

The fun, funky tune bumps Macklemore & Ryan Lewis “Can’t Hold Us,” featuring Ray Dalton , down to #2 after a five-week reign.

Jumping up from #6 this week, “Blurred Lines” is the chart’s top Digital, Airplay and Streaming Gainer — the first song to claim all three honors simultaneously.

It spends a second week at #1 on Digital Songs, reaches the top 10 on Radio Songs and Streaming Songs, and tops Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.

It  will appear on the R&B crooner’s sixth studio album of the same name, due July 30, 2013.

Daft Punk ‘s Pharrell Williams -assisted “Get Lucky” is steady at #3; Justin Timberlake ‘s Mirrors slips to #4; and Florida Georgia Line ‘s Cruise ,” featuring Nelly , remains at #5.

Imagine Dragons Radioactive moves up from #8 to #6, with P!nk ‘s Just Give Me a Reason ,” featuring fun. ‘s Nate Ruess , dropping from #4 to 7, and Selena Gomez ‘s Come & Get It” falling from #7 to #8.

Ariana Grande ‘s debut single The Way ,” featuring Mac Miller, returns to the top 10, rising from #12 to #9, while Icona Pop ‘s I Love It ,” featuring Charli XCX , falls from #9 to #10.

Outside of the top 10 is Miley Cyrus ‘ #11 debut with We Can’t Stop ,” which released last week and has garnered 214,000 downloads.
