Watch: New Trailer for Forest Whitaker-Produced High School Comedy ‘DOPE’

A second trailer has been released for critical hit and audience favorite out of the Sundance Film Festival, DOPE (2015), out June 19, 2015 in U.S. theaters.

The comedy-drama follows Malcolm (Shameik Moore), a high school geek who is carefully navigating life in one of the toughest neighborhoods in Inglewood, California while juggling college applications, academic interviews, and the SAT.

A chance invitation to an underground party leads him into an adventure that could allow him to go from being a geek, to being dope, to ultimately being himself.
