Lupita Nyong’o for Lancôme Tiente Idole Ultra 24H

Lancôme Paris ambassador Lupita Nyong’o smolders in her first campaign for the beauty brand’s Tiente Idole Ultra 24H foundation , which is available in 28 shades — including Lupita’s.

“What appealed to me about Lancôme is that they’re not dictating what beauty is,” the 31-year-old actress told WWD in April . “Hopefully it’s a symbiotic relationship — that I benefit from being associated with them, and they benefit from being associated with me, as well. And for the consumer at large, I think Lancôme has a range of products for every woman, and I think having me will expand people’s understanding of, hopefully, what Lancôme stands for, who Lancôme is for.”

Lupita was named the new face of Lancôme after her Oscar win earlier this year.

Her ads are lensed by fashion photography duo Mert & Marcus (not Alexi Lubomirski ), will launch this September.

“[She is] talented and committed, true to her African beauty, and showing a great curiosity and open-mindedness in her career choices,” said Françoise Lehmann, General Manager of Lancôme International.

Lupita is also one of the stars of Miu Miu’s Spring/Summer 2014 campaign .
