TLC, Katy Perry and Jennifer Lopez to perform at the 2013 American Music Awards

The 2013 American Music Awards are right around the corner, but that isn’t stopping the people behind the ceremony from adding more big names to the list of already big names that are set to grace the stage.

TLC, Katy Perry , and Jennifer Lopez are the latest artists set to hit the stage at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday, November 24.

Katy will receive the honor of opening up the event with the second single “Unconditionally,” from her #1 charting fourth studio album Prism . JLo is set to perform a tribute to Latin music legend Celia Cruz , who died in 2003 and was recently honored with a Google Doodle on her birthday.

And it hasn’t been stated what TLC remaining members Chilli and T-Boz will be performing, but they are said to be joined by a very special guest.

Previously announced artists include Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, One Direction, Miley Cyrus, and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis — just to name a few.

Pitbull will host the ceremony and perform his new single “Timber” with Ke$ha . Thoughts?
