Maroon 5’s Official Album Cover for ‘V’

After teasing fans on Twitter last week, Maroon 5 has revealed officially cover art for their upcoming fifth studio album V , which is set to be released on September 2, 2014.

Featuring a backdrop of a desert with a mountain far behind it, a gigantic neon V can be seen hovering over hot pink colored grass.

The band also released the official tracklisting for the record, which includes 11 tracks with three B-sides.

I’m not completely sure how the B-sides will appear on the record, but I’m assuming that they will either serve as deluxe tracks and will be hidden on the album, or will come on a separate disc.

Gwen Stefani will serve as the only special guest on the album, as she will be featured on the song “My Heart is Open.”

V also marks the first with keyboardist Jesse Carmichael back in the band after an album-long absence.

Ryan Tedder, Max Martin, Benny Blanco and ShellBack are the names of a few producers on the album, and Sia contributed a songwriting credit on “My Heart is Open.” Take a look at the tracklisting below.
