Little Dragon Performing “Klapp Klapp” Live on Letterman

Little Dragon recently gave an incredible performance of their new single Klapp Klapp on the Late Show With David Letterman .

The vibrant live set adds to excitement over the Swedish electro-soul band’s forthcoming album Nabuma Rubberband , out May 12th outside the U.S. via Because Music and May 13th in the U.S. via Loma Vista Recordings.

The official video for “Klapp Klapp” premiered on February 14th, directed by Taylor Cohen . It serves as the lead single from Nabuma Rubberband , the band’s fourth studio LP, which has been inspired by “ Janet Jackson slow jams .”

Since dropping their critically acclaimed Ritual Union in July 2011, sensational lead vocalist Yukimi Nagano has appeared on SBTRKT ‘s 2011 self-titled album ( “Wildfire” ), DJ Shadow ‘s 2011 album The Less You Know, the Better ( “Scale it Back” ), Raphael Saadiq ‘s 2011 album Stone Rollin ‘ ( “Just Don’t” ), Big Boi ‘s 2012 album Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors ( “High Res” / “Descending” / “Thom Pettie” ) and a compilation CD called Latinova 4 ( “I See a Different You” w/ Koop ).

In 2012, the group also collaborated with Absolut Vodka on a non-album single titled “Sunshine,” which was featured in an “Absolut Punch” commercial .
