Chris Brown X July 16

Chris Brown has given his sixth studio album ‘X’ a July 16th release date, and dropped a new song “I Can’t Win” as an additional little surprise.

The album, which will have a little more of an R&B feel, is preceded by its lead single, “ Fine China ,” which as of May 15th (five weeks on the  chart), is now peaking at #42 on the Billboard Hot 100 , #23 on Radio Songs , and #10 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs .

‘X’ will feature production by Diplo , Danja , Roccstar , and Bellinger , and includes at least one confirmed guest appearance by rapper Kendrick Lamar

The new song, “I Can’t Win,” won’t appear on the album, as he explained it’s just “some shit I felt like writing.”

“She aint bluffin’ she gon’ do it, I think it’s time for me to face the music…” he laments about a broken relationship. Take a listen to below.
