Not that we haven’t seen Beyoncé‘s perfect post-baby body in her editorial spreads for GQ Magazine and Vogue, but in SHAPE Magazine’s April 2013 issue she’s going to show us how she dropped that 57-pound load after giving birth to one-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.
“I didn’t have a lot of time to lose the weight because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again,” Beyoncé said. “I’m not a person that is naturally very thin. I am a person that has to work at keeping my body in shape.”
She shows off her curves and says that dancing helped her get her body back. “I would just say, everyone is not supposed to be the same. Be healthy and take care of yourself, but be happy with the beautiful things that make you you.”
