The Voice
season 3 may have just ended, but that didn’t stop the network from getting fans ready for the next season.
Let me catch you up to speed right quickly, just in case you’re lost. On September 25, 2012, it was announced that the network ordered two more seasons of the show for the spring and fall of 2013, with the fourth season slated to begin airing on March 25, 2013.
Additionally, pop stars Usher and Shakira were added as replacement coaches for Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera , respectively, who will take off a season to focus on their music careers.
In a hilarious new promo, or as I like to call it, a pre-promo promo called “The Pickup,” Usher and Shakira join returning mentors Adam Levine and Blake Shelton for a ride to the studio, but have trouble agreeing on what to listen to in the car.
I can already see that the four of them seem to get along quite well, and Usher and Shakira Shakira (in my Wyclef “Hips Don’t Lie” voice) make a great addition to the show.
I love Christina and I like Cee Lo, but I LOVE Shakira and Usher , and they just may be the people to get me into the show.
But if Britney Spears , who I worship, couldn’t keep me interested in The X Factor , then this may not be true. Take a look at the promo below:
