“Lavender is the New Pink” in Nicki Minaj’s New Mac Viva Glam Ad Campaign
Lavender Is The New Pink! Nicki Minaj and MAC have teamed up once again for another Viva Glam collection that focuses on helping others!
Following a hot pink collaboration earlier this year, the beauty brand and hip-hop star have launched a new limited-edition lipstick and lipgloss in pastel lavender, with all proceeds going towards MAC’s AIDS Fund.
The fund, established in 1994, was developed to support women, men and children living with and affected by HIV/AIDS worldwide.
Past spokesmodels include RuPaul, Eve, Elton John, Mary J. Blige, Christina Aguilera, Cyndi Lauper, Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin.

The hue, which is steadily gaining popularity, has been spotted Rihanna and Azealia Banks as well as on spring 2013 fashion runways.
Priced at $15 each, the new lavender Viva Glam lipstick and lipgloss will be available on February 9th at MAC stores and on MACCosmetics.com.
