The Weeknd Premieres “Wicked Games” Music Video

The Weeknd takes on another directorial role for “Wicked Games,” the lead single from his official debut album, Trilogy , which is set to release on November 13th and is now available for pre-order .

Channeling the song’s haunting tale of loneliness, loveless relationships with strippers, and an unapologetic dependence on drugs — the abstract black-and-white visual bares resemblance to the recently released video for “ Rolling Stone .”

“Wicked Games” originally appeared on one of Abel ‘s critically-acclaimed mixtapes, House of Balloons , which is re-mastered along with songs from Thursday and Echoes of Silence . Three new tracks will also make it onto the forthcoming release.
