Cristina Otero’s Gruesome ‘i am.’ is a Perfect Halloween Creative Quickie

With September quickly zooming by and Halloween right around the corner, the timing couldn’t be better for a macabre Creative Quickie from Spanish artist/photographer Cristina Otero, whose latest self-portrait is entitled, “i am.”

Using a Pentax K-5, the talented 16-year-old captures herself in some convincing special effects makeup, sporting a horribly bloody eye as tears stream pale her face.
