Toronto Carnival 2012: Junior Carnival Launch
Toronto’s Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival (Caribanna) is now underway and the Junior Carnival Launch resulted in entirely too much cuteness! The kiddies and teens got into full costumes to kick off North America’s largest festival which takes places July 17th through August 5th.
The 3-week event will be a visual and auditory explosion of colorful exhibitions and pulsating rhythms of calypso, soca, reggae, hip-hop, chutney, steel pan and brass. Check out photos from the Junior Carnival Launch below get more information, tickets, etc. at torontocaribbeancarnival.com.
