iBomba’s Caribbean Party @ Brooklyn Museum for First Saturday | Aug. 4

iBomba at Brooklyn Museum

Brooklyn’s iBomba party is taking over Brooklyn Museum‘s next First Saturday — bringing global bass, dembow (Dominican reggaeton), soca and dancehall to an outdoor Caribbean celebration.

The event honors this year’s forthcoming Labor Day holiday, 50 years of independence of several West Indian countries, and one of the largest West Indian Day parades in North America!

DJ’s Beto and Ushka will provide the tunes, while live pan-Caribbean percussion will be performed by Kala and Ayinsko. Photography and video for the event will be captured by Mikey1SOUL.
